Have you ever thought about how it would feel to be buried alive in a coffin for six hours? Well I did it and it was certainly a mixed bag of emotions but we achieved raising many thousands of pounds for a disabled persons charity in Malta. The worst part of the event was being lowered into the earth and listening to the soil falling on top of the lid of the coffin. My support crew essentially kept me alive by pumping compressed clean air into the vessel that was my home for six hours, and on standby were the emergency services. After this experience I have decided that when I pass away, I will be cremated. The event took place in Marsaskala in 2002 and looking back I must have been MAD!
